Thinking about the perfect location to move or retire to in Mexico? You have to check out Cuernavaca. In this episode, real estate agent, Andrea Dolch, shares what it’s like to live there, the weather, the types of properties available, and the cost of living in Cuernavaca. It’s a little town about 90 minutes south of Mexico City and has been known for being the Hamptons of Mexico City.
Cuernavaca is truly a hidden gem. They call Cuernavaca the “City of Eternal Spring.” The temperature ranges from 70 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit and it is dry. Sometimes the temperature will go below 50 or over 80 degrees Fahrenheit, but people actually look forward to it because it doesn’t happen often. When the temperature hits the 50s, people are excited to put their fireplace on. Yes, people have fireplaces in Mexico!
In addition to the amazing weather, Cuernavaca is a great place to move or retire to because of the variety types of homes and communities there, the extremely welcoming expat community, easy transportation, and great healthcare. Tune in to my Conversation with Andrea to get all the details.
