Have you ever dreamed about buying real estate in Mexico but were too scared? Well, you don’t need to be scared anymore. The process is a lot simpler and straightforward than you would imagine. I have been to Mexico a million times (okay maybe not a million but close…) to film episodes of House Hunters International. It has always fascinated me when I meet people who have dreamed to own property in foreign country and then they do everything to make it happen! I think that about 90% of people who dream about owning property abroad end up binge watching House Hunters International instead of doing the work that it takes to make their dream come true.

If you are seriously looking or just want to window shop, it’s always good to go to that location and check it out for yourself. The vibe of a place can never be translated through video. No place is perfect but if it has more pros than cons and will fulfill a lifelong dream, I say go for it.
