Taniel Chemsian is a senior sales associate at Timothy Real Estate Group. He has sold over 400+ homes in his 16 year career as a real estate agent in the Puerto Vallarta area. He can often be seen on House Hunters International.

Craig Strong and Randy Bennett retired to PV from New Mexico several years ago with their son and 2 dogs. Now that they have lived in Mexico for years, they have many lessons learned about healthcare, social security and much more.

Cabo San Lucas

Glen and Tracey Muir packed up their things and sold their house during the pandemic realizing that their retirement lifestyle didn’t need to start at retirement. They have since become realtors in the Cabo area and help many foreigners live their dream to live in Mexico.

Michele Poirier, her husband, 2 dogs and a cat moved to Cabo from Canada last year. They had quite the adventure with their move and live to tell about it. She has lots of lessons learned under her belt that she looks forward to sharing.

Merida

Ehris, Veyla and Jim Urban purchased a home in Merida and then decided that they wanted to trade their city life to the countryside. They recently purchased land outside of Merida where they plan to build a home and a farm. As holistic nutritionists, they look forward to growing an organic garden and farm.

Originally from Indianapolis, Nicholas Sanders has lived in Merida for over 10 years. He has been a real estate agent in the region for over 6 years representing both buyers and sellers.

San Miguel de Allende

Michelle Wedderburn is the owner of Casa Elm, a retreat home for foreigners to come and explore San Miguel de Allende. She moved to SMA a few years with her husband and son.

Maru Riba is originally from Mexico City and moved to San Miguel de Allende with her family 30 years ago where she practices law and operates her real estate agency, Mi Casa En San Miguel. She has sold more than 500 properties in the San Miguel region over the last 25 years.

Playa Del Carmen

Susana MacDonald is a real estate agent and yoga instructor and has helped hundreds of foreigners find homes in the region over the last 10 years. Originally from Colombia, she and her family lived in the U.S. for 25 years before moving to Playa Del Carmen. Susana has appeared on House Hunters International several times.

Eddie Shiomi moved to PDC from New York with his wife during the pandemic. Huge foodies, they both work remotely and love being a 5 minute walk from the beach.

David Jones retired from the Navy and moved to Playa Del Carmen after first living in Rosarito, Mexico. He graduated from the Cordon Bleu and has since retired his chef’s hat too, but occasionally gives lessons to friends in PDC.

Mazatlan

After retiring from journalism in Santa Cruz, CA, Janet Blaser moved to Mexico in 2006. She is the author of the best-selling book, “Why We Left: An Anthology of American Women Expats,” and writes regularly for CNBC, Mexico News Daily, Expats in Mexico and other media outlets. A CNBC video about her life in Mazatlán, Mexico has been viewed more than 1.5 million times.

A native of Mazatlan, Fernando Dominguez has been a real estate agent for 2 years. An avid surfer, Fernando loves to share his love of the city with foreigners who want to make Mazatlan their home.
